Kour Implementation Console · AI-powered

Approved workbook in.
Verified configuration out.

Give the console your approved design workbook. It plans the configuration, builds it in your sandbox or implementation tenant, and reads every value back so you can show exactly what was done.

All Workday Financials · Human approval before every change · Production tenants blocked

Built for implementation teams

Stop rebuilding
the same setup by hand.

For implementation leads, Workday Financials teams, and consulting firms who configure Financials again and again.

Your consultants design and approve. The console does the repetitive build and the checking, and hands back the evidence.

01

Connect & review

Sign in to an eligible sandbox or implementation tenant. Bring a workbook or describe the configuration task, then review scope and inputs.

02

Approve & build

Approve the intended work. Follow progress, respond to approval requests, and pause or stop the workflow.

03

Read back & document

Review observed saved values, distinguish built from verified work, and download the updated workbook and issue log.

What the console does

Configure, convert,
and review.

Configuration

Financials configuration

Build approved setup across accounting, revenue, spend, banking, assets, expenses, and projects, straight from your design workbook.

Conversion

EIB preparation & review

Prepare EIB loads from your source data, review the files, and approve each load before it runs.

Visibility

Configuration review

Get read-only summaries of existing configuration to plan changes and spot gaps before you build.

Safe by design

Your team owns
the decisions.

The console checks which tenant it is connected to, waits for approval before making changes, and records every step and exception.

  • Production tenants are excluded from the automation workflow.
  • Security activation and EIB loads have their own approval gates.
  • Missing or unclear specifications are flagged for your review.
  • Workday sign-in and MFA stay with your user.

Estimate your time back

What could the time
be worth to your team?

Plug in your own numbers to see how much build time your team could get back. We measure the real figure with you during an evaluation.

An estimate from your assumptions, not a product benchmark.

6.6 hours potentially freed per batch

24 manual hours × 40% assumed reduction − 3 review hours.

Formula: tasks × manual minutes ÷ 60 × assumed reduction − additional review hours.

Before you book

Common questions.

Is this a Workday product?

No. Kour Consulting is an independent firm, and the Implementation Console is our own tool. It is not certified or endorsed by Workday.

Does the tool cover all Workday Financials?

Yes. The tool covers all Workday Financials, including accounting, revenue, procurement and supplier accounts, banking, expenses, assets, and projects. We tailor the demo to your area and confirm the exact tasks, tenant access, and configuration requirements before an evaluation.

How do I know the configuration is right?

After the build, the console reads saved values back from the tenant and compares them with your workbook. Anything that doesn’t match, or couldn’t be checked, goes into the issue log for your team to review.

Can it make changes in production?

No. The console is built for sandbox and implementation tenants and blocks production tenants.

How is it priced?

Pricing depends on your scope and team. After a demo, we agree a focused evaluation on one of your workflows with clear success criteria, then a plan that fits.

What will a demo show?

The console working on sample data for your Financials area: reading a workbook, the approval steps, the build, and the read-back results.

What does it need to run, and where does our data go?

The console runs on your machine and uses an AI model to plan and drive the build. It needs an eligible Workday tenant and an authorized account. We walk through data handling and your security policies before connecting to any tenant.

How do I request a demo?

Send the short demo request form, or email sales@kourconsulting.com. We’ll reply to set up a time.
