The request form
When you press “Send request”, the details you entered are emailed to Kour Consulting through our email delivery provider, Resend. If online sending isn’t available, the website prepares an email draft in your browser instead, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
How we use your request
Your request may include your name, email address, company, role, configuration area, timeline, and message. Kour uses it to respond, arrange a demonstration, and scope a possible evaluation. If you email us directly, your email provider processes the message under its own terms.
Campaign information and analytics
If you arrive through a campaign link, your request may include its source, medium, and campaign labels so we can understand where inquiries came from. This version of the website does not install advertising cookies or send analytics events to a third-party analytics service. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
Keep sensitive information out of inquiries
Do not send credentials, financial account details, employee personal data, or confidential tenant files through this form. Sample or redacted examples are enough for an initial discussion. Any tenant-connected evaluation requires a separate discussion of access, scope, and data handling.
